How does the credit-repair process work?
The process begins with reviewing information reported by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. First Choice then helps identify items that may warrant further review, develops a personalized action plan, and assists with applicable disputes and ongoing education.
Can accurate negative information be removed?
Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed simply because it negatively affects a credit report. Disputes are intended for information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable.
How long does credit repair take?
Every credit profile is different, so there is no universal timeline. The number and type of items being reviewed, responses from credit bureaus and furnishers, and each client’s circumstances may all affect the process. First Choice does not guarantee a particular timeline or outcome.
Do you review all three credit bureaus?
Yes. First Choice reviews information reported by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion to help clients understand how their reports may differ across the three major bureaus.
How much does the program cost?
The First Choice Credit Blueprint is priced at $200 for the initial service period and $80 per month thereafter for ongoing services. Services, billing timing, and eligibility are subject to applicable law and the signed client service agreement.
Is the initial consultation really free?
Yes. The initial consultation is free and provides an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine whether First Choice may be a good fit. There is no obligation to enroll.
Can I dispute credit-report errors myself?
Yes. Consumers have the right to review their own credit reports and dispute inaccurate information directly with credit bureaus at no cost. First Choice provides assistance, organization, education, and ongoing support for clients who prefer guidance through the process.
Are virtual consultations available?
Yes. Consultation requests can include phone, email, or video-call preferences. First Choice will follow up to confirm availability and the consultation method.
